Each piece of furniture at Kapes Wood Craft is made to order, which means we start crafting your items as soon as your order is confirmed. Our standard processing time is as follows:

  • Custom Furniture Orders: 5-7 weeks
  • In-Stock Items: 5-7 business days

During peak seasons or for highly customized pieces, processing times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays and provide you with updates on your order status.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been crafted and thoroughly inspected for quality, it will be shipped to your designated address. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping Methods

Delivery Details

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery includes curbside delivery to your address. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
  • White Glove Delivery: For an additional fee, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes unpacking, assembly, and placement of your furniture in your room of choice. Our team will also remove all packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping location. We strive to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible while ensuring the safe delivery of your items.
